Passed on at cost, paid by you directly: domain renewal (about £10–20 a year), mailboxes (about £5–7 per person per month), and any ad spend. You stay the owner of all of these.

Good to know
Do I have to sign up for a year?
No. Plans have a 3-month minimum, then roll monthly with 30 days’ notice. A 12-month term is optional and halves your setup fee.
What happens if I leave?
You keep everything: domain, website, email, social accounts and content. We hand over all logins and files within 5 working days.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up any time. Move down at the end of any month.
Do unused hours roll over?
Unused change time rolls over for one month, so a quiet month followed by a busy one is covered.
Can I edit things myself?
Yes. We set you up with a simple editor for the bits you want to change, like opening hours, menus or news. You never have to touch it if you don’t want to.
Is VAT included?
Your quote will clearly show any VAT that applies before you agree to the work.
I already have a website. Can you take it over?
Usually, yes. We look at what you have during the free chat and tell you honestly whether to keep it, fix it or rebuild it.
Do you offer anything for referrals?
Yes. Recommend another business and when they join, you both get a month free.
Can I pay for the setup in instalments?
Yes. You can spread the setup fee over the first 3 months at no extra cost.
